Tumor FFPE Tissue Samples: Custom Sourcing & Analysis I CRO Services in Immuno-Oncology
Explicyte Immuno-Oncology provides CRO services for the custom sourcing of FFPE tumor tissue samples, and their subsequent analysis to support the identification and validation of novel therapeutic target and biomarkers. To provide our translational services, we rely on a partnership with an accredited tumor tissue bank, consulting pathologists, and a comprehensive technology plartform including digital pathology, single-cell RNASeq and single-cell spatial transcriptomics. Our in-house data science team is in charge of image analysis, statistics, and graph generation. So far, our translational team served industrial and academic sponsors in Europe, including France, Germany, France, Italy, UK, Denmark, Sweden, and Switzerland), and USA, Canada, Japan, Korea.
