Gene expression analysis by qRT-PCR

Explicyte has developed an extensive panel of tools aiming at evaluating the modulation of the immune system response, including, qRT-PCR – to assay immunological marker-encoding genes. We thus offer to analyze the expression of specific genes by assaying quantitative multiplex immune marker-encoding gene determination. Gene expression can be analyzed in different biological materials, either in cultured cells or in tissues, both at the tumor site or at the periphery, to characterize a model or delineate a MoA and identify how a therapy performs. Validated of-the-shelf but also custom markers can be generated to address specific program-related needs.
